Artist in Residence
Christine Hilbert has been the Artist in Residence for The Well Catholic Women’s Ministry since it’s founding in 2015. She is the artist behind the iconic Well painting as well as various works used through the ministry’s events as well as online content.
Christine Hilbert was selected as the Artist in Residence for Ballet Des Moines' Winter 2016 season. Her work entitled, "Heirloom Anthology at the Ballet," was inspired by the movement of dance and the costumes of The Nutcracker. It is a part of her ongoing Heirloom Anthology series. Selected works are shown below and limited edition prints of all of the pieces are available for purchase.
